Last day of my freshman year classes is....tomorrow!? I can't believe that freshman year is already over! well almost over...I'm not sure where this year has gone and I'm not actually even ready to analyze life itself. So give me a couple weeks (months) haha
I guess to update a bit...I finally went to the Philadelphia Orchestra last weekend! People had been telling me about the student-rush $8 orchestra seating tickets for the longest times but I hadn't thought too much about it. I went to see the SIbelius concerto being played by an amazing violinist and a Bruckner piece (I think symphony #6?). Sometimes I wish that I could analyze music and talk about what makes is so amazing but I find I can only appreciate it on a "wow, that was great" level. Kind of sad considering I played the piano for what..50 years? Anyway, I'll hopefully be going back to see another concert soon.
Another exciting piece of news...my roommate (Neena) and I are living in Willets next year! We've got a rowdy hall apparently but that should just add a bit of spice into our dorm life next year. The sophomore housing lottery is always really nerve-racking because we have choices but obviously not as many as the seniors and juniors. I'm also really excited because there are so many sophomores in Willets and our friends are right down the hall from us so that'll be convenient!
Well I must say that finals season is full of exciting activities...like writing papers? How exciting! I'll write again in a bit when I feel like procrastinating again :)
